Stainless steel tee is a pipe fitting used at the branch of the pipeline.For the use of seamless pipe manufacturing tee, the usual process has hydraulic bulging and hot pressing two kinds.The hydraulic bulging of stainless steel tee is a forming process in which the branch tube is bulged by axial compensation of metal material.The process is to use special hydraulic press, with three links within the tube billet diameter equal injection liquid, through the two horizontal side of the hydraulic cylinder synchronization of the motion of tube billet, billet after squeezed smaller volume, smaller volume of liquid with the tube billet inside the tube billet and the pressure increases, when the stainless steel tee branch pipe bulge out to the pressure, the metal material in the liquid in the cylinder and the pipe pressure under the dual role of flow along the mold cavity and the branch pipe.
The hydraulic bulging process of stainless steel tee can be formed in one time, and the production efficiency is high.The thickness of head and shoulder of stainless steel tee has been increased.

St 37 steel is a low-carbon structural steel commonly used for manufacturing various structural components and mechanical parts. Its most common equivalent grades are the U.S. standard AISI 1008/1010 or the European standard S235JR.
API 5L X42 line pipe and API 5L X52 line pipe (Seamless and welded pipe) of all grades have PSL1 and PSL2 two product specifications, they are different on chemical composition, manufacturing processes, mechanical strength, heat treatment, test records, traceability etc. Actually, X42 and X52 etc. denote the minimum yield strength of the pipe steel. X42 has the minimum yield strength of 42 kilopound/square inch and X52 has the 52 ksi.
316L Stainless Steel Round Bar
Stainless steel is one of the most versatile materials in the manufacturing world, and its popularity continues to grow with time. A commonly used variation of steel is a 316L stainless steel round bar, used in various industrial applications. This type of steel is known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high ductility, and high-temperature strength.
Prepainted galvanized steel coil is a kind of colour coated steel coil (PPGI coil). It uses galvanized steel as the base metal. The zinc layer offers strong corrosion resistance. Plus with painting, it is more durable than galvanized steel.The metallic coated steel then experiences some cleaning procedures, pre-treatment solutions and ultimately gets multiple layers of organic coatings, including laminates, vinyl dispersions, and paint. This continuous technique of applying different coatings is referred to as coil coating. Therefore, the steel coil doesnt require painting or finishing when employed in finished products.
Alloys 316 (UNS S31600) and 316L (UNS S31603) are molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steels, which are more resistant to general corrosion and pitting/crevice corrosion than the conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as Alloy 304. These alloys also offer higher creep, stress-to-rupture, and tensile strength at elevated temperatures. DC01 Galvanized Round Steel refers to round bars produced from DC01 steel (a cold-rolled mild steel grade per EN 10130, known for good formability) that have been hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection. It is commonly used for components requiring good formability and surface protection, such as in general hardware, light structural applications, and various fabricated parts.
S355 is a European-standard, high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) structural steel, characterized by its medium tensile strength, excellent weldability, and guaranteed impact resistance at sub-zero temperatures. Governed by the EN 10025 series of standards, it offers a superior strength-to-weight ratio compared to standard carbon steels like S235 and S275, making it a premier choice for critical welded and bolited structures in demanding environments.
ASTM A283 is a standard specification for low and intermediate tensile strength carbon steel plates of structural quality for general application. It covers four grades (A, B, C, D) with incrementally higher minimum yield and tensile strength requirements. Q195 is a comparable Chinese standard (GB/T 700) grade, often supplied as an equivalent.
ST12 is German standard (DIN1623), It's ordinary cold rolled steel. In principle, ST12 can only be bent and formed, and no stamping is allowed.
AH36 is a high-strength shipbuilding steel plate, one of the most common grades used in marine and offshore structural applications. It is strong, tough, and offers good weldability and formability to meet the demands of ship construction. As a grade that requires classification society certification (e.g., ABS, LR, DNV), it is important to know its key attributes, which include a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa (51 ksi) and guaranteed impact toughness at low temperatures.
NM500 is a high-strength, wear-resistant / abrasion resistant steel plate specified in the Chinese national standard GB/T 24186. NM500 is known for its superior hardness and durability. This steel is specifically designed to withstand severe abrasive wear conditions to provide extended service life in challenging industrial environments.
SPCE steels can be drawn to a greater depth and more flexibly as compare to SPCD steels. SPCE steels are deep drawing quality cold rolled steels, which are consumed for drawing applications.This material is valid for drawing operation where the depth of the drawn part exceeds its diameter. The appropriate thickness for this SPCE material as demarcated in the JIS G3141 starts from 0.25 mm to 2.5 mm. However the width of SPCE material ranges to 2000 mm.
S275JR is a non-alloy structural steel plate according to European standard EN 10025-2. It offers good strength, excellent weldability and formability, making it a versatile and commonly used material for general structural applications. Typical uses include: manufacturing plants, machinery frames, construction, various equipment, and other structural components.
Q195 Cold Rolled Steel is a Chinese plain carbon structural steel, yield strength: 195 MPa, tensile strength: 315-430 MPa, material density: 7.85 g/cm3. “Q” is the first letter of Chinese spelling of “qu fu dian”, the translation is “Yield Point” or “Yield Strength”, “195” is indicates the unit value “195 MPa”.
1020 carbon steel is a commonly used plain carbon steel. It has a good combination of strength and ductility and can be hardened or carburized.1020 carbon steel which contains 0.12 to 2% carbon. This steel category gains hardness and strength with heat treatment when the percentage of carbon content increases but the ductility is reduced.
SS400 according to material grade and name defined in the JIS G 3101 standard, The first S stands for "Steel", the second S stands for "Structure", and 400 for the lower limit tensile strength of 400 MPa. Ordinary structural steel with a tensile strength of 400 Mpa.This steel is the most widely used in JIS standard. S235JR is a European standard non alloy structural steel, which is equivalent to the national standard Q235B, that is, carbon structural steel with low carbon content. It is widely used for welding, bolting and riveting structures. It can also be used for building, bridge, ship, vehicle structural parts, manufacturing various tools, cutting tools, molds and measuring tools.
The better weldability also makes 4130 Carbon Steel Pipe a popular choice in the aerospace industry, which is used to manufacture commercial and military aircraft components requiring high strength and low weight.
