A179 is an ASTM standard specification for seamless cold-drawn low-carbon steel tubes for heat exchangers and condensers. It is not a standard grade for "round bar". Round bars of similar low-carbon composition are typically supplied under standards such as ASTM A29 for general purpose.

192 is the steel of carbon structural steel, which is a kind of alloy steel and carbon steel. The carbon content is about 0.05%~0.70%, and some can reach up to 0.90%. ST37 is a German standard (now superseded by EN 10025-2 S235JR) for structural steel sections and plates. Round bars of equivalent material are typically supplied as S235JR under standards for steel bars, not under the "ST37" designation for plates/sections. The description about cold-rolled strip and high surface finish pertains to cold-rolled sheet/coil products, not to structural round bars.
